About Me

Hi, I’m Tony.

I’ve been a follower of Jesus since 1994. In 1998, God brought a wonderful, God-fearing woman into my life, and she’s been my wife for 27 years. Together we’ve experienced the joy (and challenge!) of raising six incredible kids — three princesses and three SOB’s (Sons of a Blish). Jesus is the foundation of my life, and my family is at the center of it. They’ve shaped me into the man I am today.

My work history has taken me down some pretty different roads. I started out as a field worker on a tree farm, learning the value of sweat and persistence. Later, I spent several years as a bench technician in the computer field, where I developed a love for problem-solving and tinkering with tech. From 2006 to 2020, I logged countless miles behind the wheel of a semi-truck, providing for my family. Each step of the way, I’ve carried the lessons of hard work, dedication, and adaptability.

Beyond work, I’ve always needed creative outlets. Photography has been one of my great passions — capturing life’s moments, both big and small. You can see some of my work showcased on studio19and1.com.

Another passion is leather craft, something I’ve been doing since I was 12. From belts to wallets, I love taking raw material and shaping it into something beautiful and lasting. My dream is to turn this craft into a full-time career, combining my hands-on skills with my love of design and artistry.

Life has taken me through a lot of different seasons — from tree fields, to computer benches, to open highways. But no matter the path, I’ve found meaning in hard work, family, faith, and creativity. And now, I’m excited for the road ahead, with God at the center of it.
