Submission

Happy Friday everyone. Today I’m struck with 1 Peter 2:18. “Servants be submissive to your masters with all respect, not only to those who are good and gentle, but also to those who are unreasonable.” It all boils down to whom you truly serve. If your boss is a blithering idiot who couldn’t find the end of a rope if he was dangling from it be respectful. It’s not him that you serve. Colossians 3:23-24 says “Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, 24 knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ.”
